National Juvenile Justice Mentoring Forum: Mentoring Partners in Action: Successful Children and Safer Communities

In recognition of National Mentoring Month, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America is pleased to announce its National Juvenile Justice Mentoring Forum: Mentoring Partners in Action: Successful Children and Safer Communities, taking place on January 23, 2013 in Washington D.C.

Big Brothers Big Sisters is convening leaders from government, the corporate sector, non-profit, philanthropy and other partners to strengthen and form new coalitions. The focus will be on bringing to scale and sustaining successful mentoring programs that reduce juvenile delinquency, school dropout rates and disconnected youth in our nation.

Laura Kaeppeler, Miss America 2012, will host and emcee the event.

The event will come on the eve of MENTOR’s national two-day 2013 summit, Mentoring Works: Inspire Achieve Advocate.
