• Understand the landscape of work focused on racial equity for youth and young adults;
• Develop a position statement on racial equity for our network, both for how we operate as a network and what we encourage our members to adopt in their grantmaking; and
• Identify strategic opportunities for YTFG to contribute to efforts to ensure equitable outcomes for young people of color
