Starting August 21, this webinar series will focus on research and data on the experiences and outcomes for children and families of color as well as information about the various policies and strategies put into place within child welfare systems where outcomes for children and families of color are improving.

Webinar participants will hear about strategies that have been shown to support improved outcomes for children and families of color involved with the child welfare system; as well as more about the Alliance's national leadership and action agenda.The call will focus on:

  • What do we know about the experiences and outcomes for children and families of color involved with the child welfare system?
  • What has changed during recent years? What remains the same?
  • What do we know (and need to know) about effective system supports and responses to children and families of color?
  • Why is a focus on these dynamics still important?
